The moment when she was walking away with her baby, she did not forget to thank the officials for their noble deed. The video was shared on Twitter by Supriya Sahu, Additional Chief Secretary in the department of environment, climate change and forests in Tamil Nadu. It has close to 10k views.
In the now-viral video, the elephant mother and the baby can be seen reuniting. While she was walking away with her baby, she lifted her trunk and thanked the foresters for bringing them back together. The officials even waved at them as they proceeded to go inside the dense forest.
