President Biden's first address before a joint session of Congress will look a bit different amid the pandemic.
In line with tradition, however, Vice President Kamala Harris and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi will sit on either side of the president during his speech. Members of Congress will also be seated in the Gallery and on the House Floor to ensure social distancing, and guests will not be allowed to attend the event.
