HM to chair review meet on Naxal issue with CMs of 10 states, talk about intensifying ops and development work

The Union Home Minister will chair a high-level meeting with CMs of 10 states, which are affected by Left-wing extremism. The meeting will take place on Sunday.

The Union Home Minister will be chairing a high-level meeting on Sunday with states affected byLeft-wing extremism with Chief Ministers of states with chief secretaries and DGP's in attendance and focus on security and developmental issues.

Union Home Secretary Ajay Bhalla, Intelligence Bureau Director Arvind Kumar and senior officials of the home ministry and DG, Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), will be attending the meeting. The meeting will be held in Vigyan Bhawan in Delhi where the IB is expected to make a presentation on the issue.
