Reality television star Heather Rae El Moussa, 36, candidly spoke out about her health battle with Hashimoto’s disease and said she has made lifestyle changes.
"When I found out that it was an autoimmune disease, I was definitely shocked, because I've always been a very healthy person," El Moussa shared with People.
