The high court directed the Centre to ensure Delhi receives 490 MT oxygen on Saturday by any means and "in case of non-compliance, we may even consider initiating contempt proceedings". The Delhi government counsel, Rahul Mehra, said during the hearing that he is on the verge of a breakdown, all officers in Delhi are about to break down. "I’m going to have a breakdown now. Our officers are on the verge of a breakdown. We need oxygen. What do we do," asked Mehra.More Related News
