HC rejects Tarun Tejpal's plea for in-camera hearing of case challenging his acquittal

Bombay High Court at Goa rejected the application filed by former Tehelka editor-in-chief Tarun Tejpal seeking in-camera hearing of the proceedings challenging his acquittal in a 2013 rape case.

The bench of justices Revati Mohite Dere and MS Jawalkar passed this order after nearly two orders of hearing. The court will give the reasoned order later.
