Harsh Goenka added a twist to the 'Abba Jaan' trend on Twitter. In his tweet, he talked about the reunion of his favourite pop group ABBA and used the hashtag 'Abba Jaan'.
#AbbaJaan started trending on Twitter after Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath alleged that before 2017, only those saying ‘Abba Jaan’ were getting ration. Yogi Adityanath was appointed Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh on March 26, 2017. Addressing a meeting ahead of the 2022 Uttar Pradesh Assembly election in Kushinagar, BJP’s Yogi Adityanath made this remark. After his statement went viral, several noted politicians, celebrities and others took to Twitter to share memories with their fathers and used the hashtag ‘Abba Jaan’ along with it. Now, businessman Harsh Goenka has also joined the bandwagon and shared a tweet with the same hashtag. However, his post has a twist. I’ve grown up hearing the pop group Abba and now comes the good news that they have reunited after 40 years for a new album ‘Voyage’. My #AbbaJaan pic.twitter.com/bLgd0Lg2eQ
As we all know, Swedish pop group ABBA announced their first new album in four decades earlier this month, Harsh Goenka tweeted about his favourite pop group’s reunion with a throwback video and used the hashtag ‘Abba Jaan’. The video features some old and new snippets of the pop group.
