Harmanpreet Kaur and Jemimah Rodrigues makes it six Indian players who will be playing in the Women's Big Bash League after Shafali Verma, Radha Yadav (Sydney Sixers), Smriti Mandhana and Deepti Sharma (Sydney Thunder).
India's Harmanpreet Kaur and Jemimah Rodrigues will play for Melbourne Renegades in the upcoming season of the Women's Big Bash League (WBBL) this year. While this will be the fourth time that 32-year-old Harmanpreet plays in the tournament, Jemimah, 21, will be making her debut in the tournament. Excited to be a Renegade? "I'm very excited to be here now and to be part of the Renegades. I think for me, the main goal over here will be just to pull back and play cricket, play some good cricket and enjoy what I’m doing. I know when I do that and when I’m in that headspace, I'm able to give it my best," said Rodrigues.
