Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) selected only 99 out of almost 55,000 applicants to be management and design trainees in its 45th batch.
Competition seems to be getting tougher at every turn for young students and employees. Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) selected just 99 of the almost 55,000 applicants to be management and design trainees in its 45th batch.
At a session held here on Wednesday, the 45th batch of management and design trainees from Bengaluru-based HAL were inducted.
A statement from the company said: "Out of nearly 55,000 aspirants 99 have been selected as MTs/DTs in the 45th batch".
"The batch would go through 52-week intensive, regimental and customised training in various disciplines such as aeronautics, production, electrical, electronics, computer science, finance, human resources, legal etc.," HAL said in a statement.
Speaking at the event, HAL CMD R Madhavan urged the trainees to take advantage of the chance to advance their careers and support the cause of the country.
Along with supporting numerous defence platforms, HAL makes the greatest aircraft for the armed forces. According to him, HAL's training and learning programmes continue as you advance within the company and involve time spent studying at some of the world's top universities.
