Gwyneth Paltrow caused a stir this week when sharing her wellness tips, and the actress is standing behind her methods. Paltrow took to her Instagram story Friday to explain.
"I have been working to really focus on foods that aren’t inflammatory, [and] it’s been working really well," the "Goop" founder shared on her Instagram story Friday. Janelle Ash is an entertainment writer for Fox News Digital.
Paltrow explained that she has "long COVID" which caused her to have "very high levels of inflammation."
