Gujarat State govt to recruit 3300 primary school teachers: Know details here

Almost 3,300 teachers will be recruited for Gujarat's state-run primary schools, the state government announced on Tuesday.

Gujarat Teachers Recruitment 2022: The Gujarat government, on Tuesday, announced recruiting nearly 3,300 teachers or 'vidya sahayaks' for state-run primary schools and the application process will start soon for the same. Notably, a formal announcement was made by the state BJP government in March last year when Bhupendrasinh Chudasama was the Education Minister.

However, things did not move ahead as the Centre had asked state governments to increase the reservation quota for persons with disabilities from the present 3 percent to 4 percent, said state Education Minister, Jitu Vaghani.
