IPL 2022, GT vs SRH: Rashid Khan, who played for Sunrisers Hyderabad from 2017 to 2021, reunited with his former teammates ahead of a crucial encounter in Navi Mumbai. Now with Gujarat Titans, Rashid had said it was always a pleasure bowling to Kane Williamson.
Rashid Khan was a major star for Sunrisers Hyderabad after he was picked for Rs 4 crore in 2017 - he played 76 matches for the 2016 IPL champions, picking up 93 matches. However, Rashid was released ahead of the 2022 player auction and he was roped in by newbies Gujarat Titans.

But there was no palpable tension as Rashid Khan greeted Kane Williamson, the Sunrisers Hyderabad captain, with a warm hug. After SRH won the toss, they decided to bowl first - therefore, Rashid had not bowled at the time of writing this piece.
