Chaos prevailed outside the Sardar Vallabbhai Patel Covid Care Centre (SPCCC) in Delhi on Tuesday as several people gathered at the facility for getting admission. A ground report from outside the new facility where patients and their kin were asked to wait for hours.
A huge influx of patients demanding admission was seen at the newly built Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel Covid Care Centre (SPCCC) after it was opened in Delhi in view of a sharp rise in coronavirus cases, shortage of oxygen beds and healthcare system creaking under pressure. A ground report from the Sardar Patel covid centre, however, brought to light a story seen at almost all other Covid facilities in Delhi. When India Today team reached the facility located at the Radha Soami Beas campus in Chhattarpur area of South Delhi on Tuesday, the gates were closed with dozens of patients and their caregivers lined up outside the facility with the hope of getting admitted there.More Related News
