The deceased was identified as Kumari Shaili, a resident of Ghaziabad.
The incident took place when the woman had gone to meet a friend in Gaur City.
The police said that there was a dispute between the two, after which she fell from the 11th floor.
She was rushed to a hospital where the doctors declared her brought dead.
"It seems that the girl committed suicide by jumping from the 11th floor, but despite this, we do not want to leave any angle of investigation. The woman's friend is also being questioned," police said.
