People in the Kovilpatti area of Tamil Nadu's Thoothukudi district have claimed that a government hospital was printing X-ray results of patients on A4 sized sheets instead of films.
Patients from the neighbouring areas, mostly daily wage labourers, showed their X-ray results on A4 sized sheets, claiming that this was being done for the past several weeks.
