Bill Hagerty, R-Tenn., is asking the Government Accountability Office if controversial Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) guidance that dramatically reduced the scope of immigration enforcement could be subject to review by Congress -- days after the Biden administration suffered a legal defeat in federal court over the rules.
