After trading on the higher side for two days in a row this week, gold and silver prices have witnessed a marginal dip on the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) on Friday. Recording a dip of Rs 81 or 0.17 per cent, gold futures maturing on August 5 stand at Rs 48,281 per 10 grams. Meanwhile, silver futures maturing on September 3 are retailing at Rs 68,100 per kg, witnessing a dip of Rs 192 or 0.28 per cent.
