Gold, silver prices on May 19: Yellow metal in India slid with futures on MCX to Rs 48,270 per 10 gram. Silver futures plunged to Rs 72,748 per kg.

Gold prices on Wednesday in India slid with futures on MCX to Rs 48,270 per 10 gram. In the previous session, gold was Rs 19.3 per 10 gram. On MCX, silver futures plunged nearly 0.61% or Rs 443.8 per kg to the price level of Rs 72,748 per kg. The gold spot price today were at Rs 46,650, up by Rs 19.3 from Tuesday. At the same time, global spot prices saw a downturn of $1.0 to stand at $1868.9 value today.
