Goa schools had shifted to the online mode after the Covid-19 outbreak in 2020.
The state education director further said that offline classes were resumed in schools for both Classes 1 to 12 and the pre-primary ones, on Monday.
Adding further, he said, "There is enthusiasm among students as they are returning to physical classes after such a gap."
The State Education Department had issued a circular for the resumption of offline classes from Monday as Covid-19 cases in the coastal state declined.
