Goa NSUI calls for vaccination of youth, students amid Covid-19 surge

Goa NSUI has asked the central government to provide Covid-19 vaccine for students and the youth of this country amid the recent surge of cases.

The Goa unit of the Congress’ National Students Union of India has called for the vaccination of students and youth of the nation as the Covid-19 cases across the country are on the rise once again, and the student population is at an increased risk. The Goa NSUI has urged the central government on Friday to remove age restrictions in place for the vaccination drive against Covid-19 so that the youth and students could also be inoculated, as offline classes are being conducted in several universities. While talking about the availability of the Covid-19 vaccines across the country, the chief of Goa NSUI further said that the Centre was distributing vaccines across the world but had failed to make it available for all in India itself.
