The Supreme Court has refused to hear Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren's petition against a summons by the Enforcement Directorate in a money laundering case. Mr Soren - who last month confronted the central agency demanding it withdraw the summons - was directed to the Jharkhand High Court. The Chief Minister has been summoned by the agency on September 23.
