Earlier, the process was pretty long and you were required to dig a little deeper into Google account settings to find the storage manager tool.
-Open Gmail app on your smartphone and tap on your profile icon, which is located on the top right corner of the screen.
-You now notice a cloud icon and details about how much storage space is being used by your Gmail app.
-You can tap on the cloud icon to get more details on what all Google services have occupied the storage space. Google also displays a simple graph to make it easier for you to understand the used storage space.
-People can simply tap on the “Clean up space” button to access the storage manager tool.
