Give user complete context of claimed violation: Koo CEO after Twitter locks Ravi Shankar Prasad's account
India Today
Koo CEO Aprameya Radhakrishna said that it is important to give the user a complete context of any claimed violation, hours after Twitter locked Union Minister Ravi Shankar's account.
Hours after Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad said Twitter denied him access to his own account, Indian microblogging platform Koo said that it is important to give the user a complete context of any claimed violation and an intimation of the exact violation. "The user should also be able to contest or accept the claimed violation. A direct action of suspension without the above makes it seem like a social media platform is taking the final judgement call and is not being an intermediary," Koo CEO and co-founder Aprameya Radhakrishna said in a statement.More Related News
