A giraffe sniffed a mountain biker during his visit to the Lion and Safari Park in South Africa. The video has gone viral on social media.
Timmy Moser, a photographer from South Africa’s Johannesburg, went for mountain biking with his girlfriend Tazz Scriven at the Lion and Safari Park earlier this week and witnessed an experience of a lifetime. As he wandered around the wildlife conservation enclosure, a giraffe walked ahead and sniffed Timmy for quite a number of seconds. You might have guessed by now that a video of the incident has gone viral on social media after Timmy Moser posted it on Instagram. In the caption of his post, Timmy described the incident and said that they watched the giraffe for around an hour and then “braved going around this gentle giant.” As the giraffe proceeded to sniff Timmy, he stepped backwards slowly while Tazz recorded the incident. “Two hours into a bike ride at @lionandsafaripark with @tazzyscriven, we encountered a giraffe in the road. After watching for close to an hour we braved going around this gentle giant (as instructed by the bike park) but were stopped for an investigation. I kept backing up as I was in shock from how big the giraffe's knees are but he kept sniffing. Swipe to see my @gopro stick made me look like a small giraffe,” Timmy Moser said in the caption of his post.More Related News
