Gang of boys stab 22-year-old man in Delhi’s Khajuri Khas; hunt on for culprits

A native of Bihar, identified as 22-year-old Anawarul Haq, was stabbed to death by a gang of boys in Delhi’s Khajuri Khas area on Sunday. Police have zeroed in on the culprits and are expected to nab them soon.
A 22-year-old man from Bihar was stabbed to death by a gang of boys in Delhi’s Khajuri Khas on Sunday, July 31. The police have zeroed in on the suspects and it is expected that they will be nabbed soon.
Officials in Khajuri Khas police station received a Police Control Room (PCR) call stating that a person had been stabbed by some boys on the road leading from Sherpur Chowk towards Tukmirpur. Immediately, the police team reached the spot. However, the injured person had already been shifted to the hospital by the public.
Upon checking with the hospital, it was discovered that the person had been declared brought dead. The deceased was identified as 22-year-old Anawarul Haq, a resident of Purniya, Bihar. The victim was working in a factory located in Biharipur that made school bags and was also residing in the area.
A case was registered and officials began an investigation into the matter. The Operation Wing of the Delhi Police was also roped in to assist the Khajuri Khas Police team.
After scanning multiple CCTV cameras in the vicinity of the incident, officials spotted that some boys had attacked the deceased with a knife and had run away from the spot.
The police team has zeroed in on the suspects and is expected to nab the culprits soon.
