Funeral held for Eric Talley, hero cop in Boulder shooting

The funeral for Eric Talley — the hero police officer killed in the Boulder supermarket massacre — is underway in Colorado.

The Tuesday service at the Flatirons Community Church in Lafayette is open to the public and will honor the life of the 51-year-old father of seven. It is also being livestreamed. On Monday, the 11-year veteran was remembered at a funeral mass for his dedication to law enforcement — his casket draped in American flag and saluted by his fellow brothers in blue.
