Friends search for LA woman who went to convention and never returned

A 39-year-old Los Angeles woman went to Ohio for a conference last month but never came home.

Lindy Kidd was last seen on April 23 and has medical conditions that require her to take anti-seizure medication daily, the Licking County Sheriff’s Office in Ohio said in a Facebook post. “We’re just really worried about her,” ex-boyfriend and roommate Paulo Reyes told Dateline. “We want to make sure she’s OK.”
