Kishtwar Security forces arrested four overground workers (OGWs) of Hizbul Mujahideen and recovered warlike stores and incriminating documents, Jammu and Kashmir police said on Friday.
Based on specific intelligence of a movement in the forest area of Dool Dhar, a joint team of the Army's Rashtriya Rifles (RR) unit and the CRPF launched a long-range patrol, police added.
The accused have been identified as Mohd Shafi Bakerwal, Fareed Ahmed, Ismayil and Zubair Ahmed, all residents of Pyas locality.
During their search, the troops recovered two Under Barrel Grenade Launcher (UBGL) grenades, 120 live rounds of an AK-47 rifle, two empty magazines of an AK-47 rifle and posters of the Hizbul outfit, police said, adding that further investigation is underway.
