Former teacher who sent X-rated emails to student, sought to ‘drink her blood’ gets 10 years

A former Texas teacher has been sentenced to 10 years in prison for sending sexually explicit emails to an eighth-grader — whose blood he also wanted to drink, prosecutors said.

Marc Sherman Allison, a former orchestra teacher at Cain Middle School in Rockwall, received the maximum sentence Thursday after pleading guilty to online solicitation of a minor. He was also sentenced to 10 years of probation for indecency with a child and an improper relationship between an educator and student, prosecutors announced Tuesday.
