The International Cricket Council found former Sri Lanka all-rounder Dilhara Lokuhettige guilty on all charges relating to a 10-over league in the United Arab Emirates.
Days after the International Cricket Council banned former Zimbabwe captain Heath Streak, former Sri Lanka all-rounder Dilhara Lokuhettige has been handed an 8-year ban due to corruption, the cricket body said on Monday.Lokuhettige, who played nine 9 One Day Internationals and 2 Twenty20 internationals for Sri Lanka, was charged with three counts of breaching the anti-corruption code of the ICC. The ICC Anti-Corruption Tribunal found the bowling all-rounder guilty on all charges relating to a 10-over league in the United Arab Emirates.
