Former Red Hot Chili Peppers guitarist sued for wrongful death, negligence after fatal Los Angeles collision

Ex-Red Hot Chili Peppers guitarist Josh Klinghoffer has been sued for wrongful death after he allegedly hit and killed a pedestrian walking across the street in Los Angeles.
The incident occurred March 18, and Klinghoffer was accused of driving a black SVU with no license plates at the time. He allegedly turned at a stoplight, driving through a crosswalk when he hit Sanchez. Janelle Ash is an entertainment writer for Fox News Digital.
According to video footage presented by the plaintiffs, which was obtained from a neighbor's Ring camera, a black car was seen hitting Israel. According to the lawsuit, Sanchez suffered blunt force trauma to the head and died a few hours after the collision at a hospital.
