Folk singer found hanging in Hyderabad’s Saidabad; suicide note recovered

A 20-year-old folk singer from Nalgonda who was quite popular locally was found hanging from the ceiling fan at his house in Reddy Colony, Saidabad on Tuesday night. Meanwhile, police have also recovered a suicide note from his house.

It is alleged that the young singer died by suicide after he was unable to overcome personal problems.
According to a report published in the Telangana Today, the deceased, Jatavath Mohan, who was quite popular locally for his folk songs, had been running upset for quite some time and it is suspected that he died by suicide after he was unable to overcome personal problems.
Meanwhile, after the police received information, they reached the spot and upon investigation they recovered a suicide note which was purportedly written by Mohan.
As per reports by The Times of India (TOI), Mohan in his suicide note mentioned that no one was responsible for his death and that he had decided to die by suicide due to personal problems, said Saidabad inspector K Subbarami Reddy.
Meanwhile, a suicide case has been registered under CrPC section and further investigations are on.
