A shortage of the drug used for lethal injection has Florida lawmakers searching for alternative methods of execution, including firing squads and lethal gas.
There is currently a shortage of pentobarbital, the drug used for lethal injections, which has several states scrambling to find alternative execution methods. Peter D'Abrosca joined Fox News Digital in 2025 after four years as a politics reporter at The Tennessee Star.
