A 70-year-old man was arrested for a DUI after blindly pulling out onto a road forcing an oncoming police cruiser to crash into him, according to a Florida sheriff's office.
The Pinnellas County Sheriff's Office said in a press release that Deputy Schiebner was unable to stop in time before striking the driver's side of the sedan.
