Flash actor Ezra Miller was arrested again after he hit a woman with chair at an event. He was later released pending further investigation.
Ezra Miller, who is known for his performances as The Flash in Justice League and other superhero films, was arrested in Hawaii recently. According to a news release from the Hawaii Police Department, Ezra became irate after being asked to leave a get-together at a Big Island home. In anger, he threw a chair and hit a woman in the forehead. The woman refused treatment for the half-inch cut on her forehead. Ezra Miller was arrested during a traffic stop and released after pending further investigation.
This is his second arrest in recent weeks. He was arrested in Hawaii on March 28 following an incident in a karaoke bar. He was charged with disorderly conduct and harassment. According to the police, Ezra was partying at a karaoke bar in Silva Street in Hawaii. He became agitated and yelled obscenities at the patrons there. He also lunged at a man who was playing darts at the bar.
About twelve hours after his arrest, the actor appeared via Zoom for a court hearing. He pleaded no contest to disorderly conduct and was ordered to pay a 500 dollar fine and stay away from Margarita Village in Hilo. He was also charged with harassment after police said the actor grabbed a mic from a singing woman.
On the professional front, Ezra Miller will be seen next in The Flash, which will hit the theatres in June 2023. Earlier, it was slated to release in November 2022. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the makers postponed the film's release. The film also features Michael Keaton, Ron Livingston, Kiersey Clemons, Michael Shannon and Sasha Calle. The Flash is directed by Andy Muschietti.
