
Female dead after being found injured at Oshawa home

A female has died after she was found injured in an Oshawa home, Durham Regional Police say.
In a post on X, police say they are conducting a homicide investigation at a home on Eulalie Avenue in Oshawa.
Police say a female victim was transported to a Toronto-area trauma centre with visible injuries but has since been pronounced dead.
A male suspect is in custody, and there is no threat to public safety, police say.
Durham Police say they will provide more details later on Sunday.
