FBI 10 Most Wanted: How US intelligence determines who makes notorious criminal list
Fox News
A former FBI agent tells Fox News Digital that the agency receives help from local law enforcement agencies across the country to determine who makes its Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list.
"It is a force multiplier." "People typically know about the FBI list when somebody gets caught." Audrey Conklin is a digital reporter for Fox News Digital and FOX Business. Email tips to audrey.conklin@fox.com or on Twitter at @audpants.
Fugitives who make the list pose an "imminent threat" to the nation, according to Gillam, meaning that person "can cause great damage" to a specific person or the country, therefore threatening national security.
