Facebook has announced a plethora of updates for users across the globe. Meta has started testing a new much-needed feature for English-speaking users globally including creators, who’ve been locked out of their accounts. This would be a useful feature because people often don’t know how to retrieve their accounts or who to get in touch with. Facebook has also begun testing the feature with creators who do not have an assigned relationship manager.
Facebook in its blog said that it is rolling out several comment moderation tools including profanity keyword blocking tools, suspending/banning controls and stronger comment controls for creators primarily. However, along with launching special safety tools for creators, Facebook also announced a live chat support system for people who are logged out of their accounts. The feature to report issues on live chat is only available on the Facebook app for now.
