A club staffer told India Today that he saw the accused in the Sonali Phogat murder case take her to the washroom during the party. The cops had also seized drugs from the scene.
As the Goa Police arrested the club owner and a drug peddler in connection with Sonali Phogat's death on Friday, a worker at the club said that he saw her being taken to the washroom area.
The cops seized drugs from the washroom on Friday, following which the arrests were made.
The curlies club employee recognised Phogat that night and saw her partying with a group before taking her to the restroom.
"We were on duty that night. Everyone was partying. She was also there. I saw her being taken out of the area to the toilet," he told India Today.
Earlier, CCTV footage had emerged where a man was seen holding Sonali Phogat as she struggled and limped, trying to maintain her balance as he led her to a table.
In the less-than-a-minute-long clip accessed by India Today TV, Sonali Phogat, dressed in red crop top and blue shorts, was seen limping into the pub, holding on to a man for support - suspected to be Sudhir Sangwan - her aide and an accused in her murder case.
