Gujarat Titans star Rahul Tewatia expressed his disappointment after being ignored from India team for the upcoming two-match T20I series against Ireland later this month.
Hours after the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) announced the T20I squad, Tewatia posted a cryptic tweet. The 29-year-old said "Expectations hurts", hinting his disappointment after being overlooked by the Chetan Sharma-led selection committee.

The 29-year-old played the role of a finisher for IPL 2022 winners Gujarat Titans. The new entrants won the title in their maiden season under the leadership of Hardik Pandya.
Tewatia scored 217 runs at a strike rate of 147.62 in 16 matches for Gujarat Titans.
