Most states that have reported a slight increase in positive samples of children below 17 years have either partially or fully re-opened schools.
The government data accessed by India today shows most states that have either partially or fully re-opened schools in the last two months have only seen a slightly higher percentage in infections of Covid-19 in children. The states of Punjab and Bihar being two exceptions. States like Chattisgarh, Nagaland, Gujarat, and Madhya Pradesh, and Uttarakhand have seen a more than 2% rise in the cases in the last two months.More Related News
