Even Mohan Babu could not change the fate of Game. On Wahiyat Wednesday

Mohan Babu and son Vishnu Manchu’s Game released on this day 15 years ago. Directed by Ram Prasad, Game, which was based on the Hollywood film Changing Lanes, failed to entertain the audience at the box office. 

Mohan Babu and Vishnu Manchu’s Game begins with a narrator (Prakash Raj) explaining everything about each of the characters and their personality traits. It is then and there that the audience has this sinking feeling that the film might not be all that it promised. The 2006 Telugu film features Mohan Babu and his son Vishnu Manchu in lead roles. While the former plays a taxi driver living in a chawl, the latter is a spoilt rich brat, who believes that there is nothing money couldn’t buy.
