"While using an advertising film about running a transparent and corruption free government, why was a PWD officer who took 2.27 crore bribe promoted by Stalin's government? Is this the action taken against those who fail in their duty," tweeted EPS, tagging CM Stalin's tweet carrying a state advertisement over not to accept or seek bribe.
