Environment minister heads Qatari delegation

HE the Minister of Environment and Climate Change Sheikh Dr Faleh bin Nasser al-Thani headed the Qatari delegation participating in the ninth Ministerial Conference on Environment in Europe, held in Nicosia, Cyprus.
