India tour of England: Virat Kohli was in two minds as he tried to leave a delivery outside the off-stump but the ball hit the inside edge of his bat to deflect onto his stumps. Kohli fell for 11 on Day 1 of the 5th Test.
Virat Kohli's return to international cricket after the Indian Premier League did not live up to expectation as the former captain fell after making just 11 runs in the first innings of the much-anticipated 5th Test against England in Birmingham. Kohli got out to newbie pacer Matty Potts in the second session in front of a packed house at Edgbaston.

On Friday, Kohli started on a solid note, fending off James Anderson in a nervy period before early Lunch was taken due to rain. Just when the star batter looked to settle down after the resumption of play in the second innings, Potts got the big breakthrough.
Kohli scored 218 runs in 4 Tests, making some crucial contributions last year as captain of the team in England. The skipper was a key figure to India's 2-1 lead as he marshalled the troops well. The Royal Challengers Bangalore star quit Test captaincy earlier this year.
