Encounter breaks out between militants, security forces in J&K's Kulgam

An encounter broke out between militants and security forces in Kulgam district of Jammu and Kashmir on Monday.

A gunfight broke out between security forces and militants in Khurbatpora area of south Kashmir's Kulgam on Monday evening, police said.

"Encounter has started at Khurbatpora area of Kulgam. Police and Army on job. Further details shall follow, " a police spokesman said.
