Founded in 2007 under the Cable TV Operators’ Association (COA), KCCL was born to counter the dominance of corporate MSOs. It was established with a mission to provide high-quality cable TV services at affordable prices. Today, KCCL embodies the collective vision of its 4,000 shareholder operators who bring decades of experience, leveraging an expansive cyber-to-home (FTTH) network to deliver unparallelled services.
