A special NIA court rejected 83-year-old tribal rights activist Stan Swamy’s bail plea in the Elgar Parishad case on Monday
A special National Investigation Agency (NIA) court in Mumbai rejected the bail plea filed by 83-year-old tribal rights activist Stan Swamy on Monday. Swamy was arrested from Ranchi in October 2020 in the Bhima Koregaon-Elgar Parishad case. Additional sessions judge DE Kothalikar rejected Swamy’s bail plea, which had been filed on merit, as well as on medical grounds in November 2020.More Related News
