A short video showing how wild elephants destroyed all banana trees in a village in Tamil Nadu, except the one with a bird’s nest, has gone viral on social media.

Elephants are usually referred to as giant creatures as they can rip apart trees and cause devastating destruction at times. But most of us tend to ignore the fact that there is something distinctly human about the species that make them intelligent creatures compared to other animals. This is the reason as to why elephants are called gentle giants.
