Education Minister to meet VCs of Central Universities virtually today

Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal will be meeting the Vice Chancellors of Central Universities today through video conferencing.

Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal has decided to conduct a meeting with all the Vice-Chancellors of Central Universities today, May 18, through video conferencing to discuss the various aspects of education during the Covid-19 pandemic. Yesterday, the education minister chaired a virtual meeting with all the state education secretaries regarding the same issue. He discussed the promotion of students without exams and the school education system during the Covid-19 pandemic. Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal also discussed the discussed different strategies adopted for online and offline learning in schools in yesterday’s meeting and will be discussing it today with regard to higher educational institutes in India.
